PROMOGRAN Matrix Wound Dressing is comprised of a sterile, freeze dried composite of 45% oxidized regenerated cellulose (ORC) and 55% collagen.

PROMOGRAN Matrix Wound Dressing maintains a physiologically moist microenvironment at the wound surface. This environment is conducive to granulation tissue formation, epithelization and rapid wound healing.

The efficacy of PROMOGRAN Matrix is supported by a body of clinical evidence, including 11 published RCTs.*

In the presence of exudate, PROMOGRAN Matrix transforms into a soft, conformable, biodegradable gel. This allows contact with all areas of the wound.

PROMOGRAN Matrix is intended for the management of exuding wounds including:

PROMOGRAN Matrix may be used under compression therapy with supervision by a healthcare professional.

PROMOGRAN Matrix can be cut with sterile scissors to fit any wound shape, or it can be pre-moistened, if necessary, to form a gel and molded to fit the wound.
